Welcome to the Sands Motel in Seaside Heights New Jersey, formerly the "View of the Sea Inn" which is now under new ownership and management!

Come and enjoy the salt air, sandy beaches, entertainment, amusement and water parks, great restaurants and more. We are located just a block from the beach and boardwalk.

The Sands Motel features a cozy relaxing atmosphere in a Victorian motif. Accommodatrions for single, single plus, double, family rooms and three-bedroom units are available (No cooking facilities available in rooms).

Each room includes air conditioning, color cable TV, Wifi Internet, private bath, microwave, small refrigerator, daily housekeeping service, and parking (one car per room). You can enjoy our beach with complimentary beach passes (2 per room) or enjoy our crystal clear pool and deck area (with additional sun decks on each level of the motel)

Sitting on the sundecks on Wednesday evenings gives you an excellent view of the fireworks from the beach.
