View of the Sea Inn Policies

RESERVATION POLICY

A minimum deposit equal to half of the total room rate is required for all reservations of 2 nights or more. A One Night stay requires full payment
Deposits can be made in cash, personal check, money order or credit card. If deposit by credit card, this card MUST be presented with the credit card owner, or the reservation will be denied.
Personal checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival date
Maximum of 2 children under 12 free in the same room with parents. A charge will be applied for additional children under 12 in the same room with parents.
No switching of original registered guests once check-in process has been completed.

HOTEL POLICIES

We welcome families and couples. No pets allowed. Accomodations are for registered guests only.
Strollers and wagons (for children) are available to rent and are based on a first come first served basis.
Rates do not include tax. There will be a 5% Occupancy Fee in addition to the 7% sales tax. This will result in a 12% additional fee on the above room rates. This has been enacted by the State of New Jersey
There will be a $150 CASH security deposit due upon arrival.
There will be a $75 room cleaning charge for any room that was not left the way it was found. That will be deducted from your Security Deposit if necessary.
All renters must be 18 years of age or older to rent rooms. No one under 17 will be permitted to stay without their parents.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area. Minors are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages anywhere on the property of the View of the Sea Inn. This will be strictly enforced (especially during Prom season).
Registered Guests only on the premisis (during Prom season).
There will be no loud or abusive language and/or fighting on our premisis. View of the Sea Inn has the right to refuse any individual from staying if this occurs.
Damages to all rooms will be assessed and you will be responsible for payment of damaged items.
All Holiday dates are based upon daily rates.
All rates based based on double occupancy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A reservation constitutes a 2 way contract between the View of the Sea Inn and you. It assures that your accomodations will be kept for you for all the days indicated. It assures us that you will take the entire period booked. You are responsible for the number of nights reserved.
Deposit will be forfieted unless written notice of cancellatoin is received at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival dates. All cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
The customer is responsible for the entire balance of the reservation amount upon arrival. Your entire deposit will be forfeited id your reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date. Early check-outs will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same policy.
It is understood that the View of the Sea Inn cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal sickness or injuries, etc.
Your deposit will not be refunded if your reservation is cancelled due to illness or injuries, inclement weather, personal or family emergencies, etc.
Balance of the reservation is due in full upon arrival.
