NOTICE:
- Accomodations are for registered guests only.
- Strollers and wagons (for children) are available to rent and
are based on a first come first served basis.
- Rates do not include tax. There will be a 5% Occupancy Fee in
addition to the 7% sales tax. This will result in a 12% additional
fee on the above room rates. This has been enacted by the State
of New Jersey
- There will be a $150 CASH security
deposit due upon arrival.
- There will be a $100 room cleaning charge for any room that
was not left the way it was found. That will be deducted from
your Security Deposit if necessary.
- All renters must be 18 years of age or older to rent rooms.
No one under 17 will be permitted to stay without their parents.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area. Minors
are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages anywhere on the
property of the View of the Sea. This will be strictly enforced
(especially during Prom season).
- Registered Guests only on the premisis (during Prom season).
- There will be no loud or abusive language and/or fighting on
our premises. View of the Sea has the right to refuse any individual
from staying if this occurs.
- Damages to all rooms will be assessed and you will be responsible
for payment of damaged items.
- Balance of the reservation is due in full upon arrival.
- All Holiday dates are based upon daily rates.
- All rates based based on double occupancy.
